Our 2023 Tech Talk Series has ended.  The first two sessions focused heavily on Artificial Intelligence, both clinical and non-clinical. In November session, Walt Mayo, OD and Adam Parker, OD discussed some of the more innovative ways to engage patients, both current and prospective. Some of these technologies involve AI, while many do not. Even those that do not are embracing AI rapidly. They presented ways to attract new patients and as well as enable the ones you already have connected to your practice in new and productive ways.

These events were designed for OD's who value open conversations and an opportunity to learn from each other's experiences, challenges, and successes.  Far from being a one-way flow of information, attendees were encouraged to participate, voicing their experiences as well as posing questions for the group to help everyone learn about this exciting, quickly-expanding area of technology.
