Overview:

4 day work week
Practice to fullest extent of your license
Perioperative care, ocular disease, urgent care, specialty contact lens, myopia, surface disease/dry eye
Techs for pretesting, refracting, and scribing
EHR: Revolution
2 annual exams per hour plus 4-5 follow-up exams per day
Equipment:

Specialized instrumentation for dry eye treatments
(IPL/RF/LLLT/LIPIFLOW), myopia management (OPTICAL
BIOMETRY), and scleral lens fittings (SCLERAL
PROFILOMETRY)
Cirrus 6000 OCT and angiography
Optos Monaco (Ultra-wide field imaging and OCT)
Marco digital phoropters
Anterior segment imaging on all slit lamps
Corneal topography
Neurolens
RETeval ERG
Compensation and benefits:

$150,000 base salary
Production bonus based on revenue goals
Earning potential realistically well over $200,000 per year
4-day work week with no weekends
401(k) with employer contribution

CE fully covered for licensure in WI
Minimum requirements:

Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
License to practice in Wisconsin (or intent to obtain)
