Full Time Optometrist- $190,000 base salary plus up to $3k per month in bonuses – Santa Fe

Opportunity for an Optometrist to work with kids, give back to the community in Santa Fe, NM – M-F only, flexible scheduling, $190,000 base!

Overview:

Option for a 4- or 5-day work week
Flexible scheduling
2-3 patients per hour
2 techs per OD
See ages 6mo. to 22yrs
400 pairs frames for kids to choose from
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive exams
Diagnose and treat vision disorders
Prescribe glasses as needed
Educate patients and their parents
Compensation and benefits:

Base salary: $190,000
Production bonuses at >20 patients/day
Max bonuses for >24 patients/day (extra $3k per month)

Minimum qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
Valid New Mexico optometry license or intent to obtain
