Their team of dedicated optometrists, dentists, and orthodontists is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care for kids in Baltimore, MD surrounding. They believe in creating a welcoming and fun environment for children to ensure they feel at ease during their visit.

Overview:

Mon-Fri, 8-5
Option for 4 days/week
Flexible scheduling
2-3 patients per hour
2 techs per OD
See ages 6mo. to 22yrs
400 pairs frames for kids to choose from
Base salary $175,000
Production bonuses at >20 patients/day
Max bonuses for >24 patients/day (extra $3k per month)
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive exams
Diagnose and treat vision disorders
Prescribe glasses as needed
Educate patients and their parents

Minimum qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) *Please do not apply if you are not an Optometrist*
